We are now looking for an Anchors & Fasteners Division Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As the Anchors & Fasteners Division Manager, you will develop sales opportunities for our products within a wide range of construction linked companies across the UK.

We've just created our Anchors & Fasteners Division and so you'll be joining at an exciting time and supporting the division from the ground up.

You'll build an amazing account base, using accounts from other parts of the business and undertaking your own business development, whilst growing your team and enabling their development.

You'll be involved at every stage, from building pricing models to developing account plans and delivering the sales strategy.

What's more, you'll even help out with new product development and will play a vital role in launching new lines and building industry engagement.


About You
To be considered as an Anchors & Fasteners Division Manager, you will need:

  • Senior sales experience
  • An understanding of the Anchor and Fastener market
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team
  • An excellent standard of numeracy and literacy
  • IT proficiency including Word, Office, PowerPoint and Excel
  • A full, valid driving licence

Other organisations may call this role Sales Manager, Sales Team Leader, Sales Development Manager, Construction Sales Manager, or Divisional Sales Manager.
