Description

We are currently looking for a Financial Bid Modeller to join a industry leading global environmental business based in the London area.

The role in part of the finance modelling team providing key insight to a commercial director on the financial elementsto new business prospects and tender proposals.

This is a hybrid position based out of London with blended in home working.

Your duties as the Financial Modelling Analyst will be using financial analysis and advanced Excel modelling skills to analyse bid strategy tool through financial modelling.

This is a key role working in partnership with the commercial department - the responsibilitiesare as follows:


  • As the finance bid modeller you will be providing financial analysis on the financial risk/reward implications of a tender processes to the commercial area of the business.
  • The finance analyst will be using advanced Excel modelling skills, with experience of building and working with financial models.
  • The role will be working in a team delivering multiple projects to deadlines in a fast paced environment to financially appraise the bids.
  • The analyst will have outstanding communication skills and the ability to present data driven arguments to technical and non-technical people.
  • Relevant degree in a Mathematical or Financial field
  • Proven industry experience in financial or commercial analysis
  • A working knowledge and practical experience with finance modelling
