An opportunity has become available for a Higher Assistant Psychologist (fixed term - 12 months) to join the Mental Health Team in HMP & YOI Deerbolt.

We are looking for an experienced psychology graduate, preferably with experience of working in secure mental health/prison settings.

The Mental Health team iscommitted to delivering high quality care to patients in prison.

The model of service delivery aims to provide timely, evidence-based and accessible mental health assessment and treatment to meet the needs of prisoners.

The post within the mental health team provides a fantastic opportunity to develop clinically whilst based within an enthusiastic and supportive team.

As a service we provide extensive training and learning opportunities which can help in progressing with a career in psychology.

We also provide extensive supervision to support your learning and development.
