Your work environment

  • BAM operates a flexible working policy
  • Hybrid working (3 days in office and 2 days working from home)

Your mission

  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders and work closely with the senior project management team to ensure a valueadded approach to digital is realized.
  • Represent the company where necessary at internal and external meetings.
  • Ensure that all modelling work is carried out in compliance with ISO 19650, BAM and CAD standards.
  • Produce high end visualisations to aid decision making and facilitate onsite construction.
  • Become the point of authority for all Synchro 4D pro Projects.
  • Assist and train Digital Construction Technicians and Modellers whenever required.
  • Understand the hardware and software requirements on the project and communicate with the BIM Lead and Project information Manager.
  • Maintain high safety and environmental standards in accordance with company policies and report any inadequacies.

Who are we looking for?

  • Able to collaborate and work effectively within a multidiscipline and diverse team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have good understanding of civil/structural design and principles.
  • Strong interest in 3D4D design, modelling and creating immersive models.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Synchro 4D pro.
  • Posses a high level of visualisation techniques (Framing, Colour, Contrast, Symmetry etc).
  • Knowledge and use of model coding for planning purposes within the 3D and 4D model.
  • Prior experience of, 3Ds Max and video editing software beneficial but not essential.
  • Educational Background in Construction or related fields.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 19650.
