Description

Carrying out building compliance checks, e.g. water testing - Setting up meeting rooms

Accepting parcels that may come into the building
May be asked to carry out any handy person duties e.g. minor maintenance
Emptying bins form the building
Carrying out walk rounds of the building
Monitoring the use of car parks by building users and visitorsYou must be able to work on your own initiative as well as work well as part of a team and take direction, also provide great customer service and be confident dealing with members of the public You will be paid at £10.90 per hour and will be paid every Friday

We have a few shift patterns available

One being full time Monday to Friday 10:1- 18:00 with a 30 minute break

And one part time alongside this 07:00 to 13:30 = 6hr shift (shift time showing 30min lunch)

Or we will recruit x3 part time positions and the hours are as follows

07:00 to 12:30

09:30 to 15:00

12:30 to 18:00
