Adecco are proud to be working in partnership with a proactive Housing Association to recruit an Onboarding Team Leader on a permanent basis.

This is a truly exciting opportunity to manage a small team of Onboarding Coordinators to deliver an engaging and effective compliant onboarding service for all new hires into the organisation.

This is a key role to lead and oversee the delivery of a personal and engaging onboarding experience to all applicants by encouraging the development of relationships and effective communication channels.

As the Onboarding Team Leader you will be responsible for obtaining all new starter paperwork including right to work checks, DBS, tax declaration and references, oversee the accurate and timely production of contractual documentation.

The successful incumbent will support with the delivery of an engaging induction for new starters by collaborating with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders including the Learning and Development team and IT Service Desk.

Demonstrable experience as an Onboarding leader or a similar position.
Previous experience and good knowledge of onboarding processes such as right to work checks.
Experience of leading the induction process for new starters.
Previous experience of leading a small team within a similar environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
