Customer Service Representative

Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in person
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information about products and services
  • Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

From £24,892.87 per year
