Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in person
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information about products and services
- Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

- Empathetic and patient approach when handling customer concerns
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

From £24,892.87 per year
