DBA Team Leader - Bradford

Chassam Recruitment are currently looking to hire a DBA Team Leader that specialises in Oracle and SQL for an organisation based in Bradford.

This is an exciting position where you will be required to deliver and support the IT Services. The role will bemostly remote but you will have to come in from time to time.

As a DBA Team Leader you will be responsible for:

Day to day management of the team including development plans and regular one to ones
Managing production and no production Database services to ensure the highest standards of availability, resilience and security
Using and building database management tools to monitor the performance of the database systems, services and components
Plan, Design and perform maintenance and installation work, including building and management of databases

Skills Needed:

Oracle and SQL DBA Administration from Oracle 11 onwards
Excellent understanding of MSSQL and Oracle Database principles and administration
A good understanding of SQL and PL/SQL including tuning
A good understanding of job scheduling and monitoring tools
Extensive recent production experience on Oracle or SQL databases
