Site Manager / Site Agent

Site based in Bradford up to £43,000 per annum plus car allowance

  • Basic salary up to £43,000
- £4,000 Car allowance

  • 34 days of annual leave in total

  • 5% employer pension contribution rising to 7.5%
pm site hours with an early finish on a Friday

  • Initial project is a £3 million highways project
  • Work on major framework agreements
  • Established over 20 years
Are you?

  • A highways Site Agent or Site Manager
  • RASWA trained
  • Experienced on roads/groundworks projects
  • SMSTS, First aid and CSCS certified
  • HNC or BSC educated
The Role

The Site Agent / Site Manager will

  • Work closely with the Site based Project Manager
  • Oversee subcontractors and direct labour
  • Carry out H&S inductions, toolbox talks and site checks
  • Attend site meetings / and conduct client walks
  • Quality control of the scheme
  • Complete progress reports with the Project Manager
  • Order materials and plant for the site
  • Review drawings and work with the Site Engineer
