Join our dynamic educational community in the heart of WatfordWe are currently seeking motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our team.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Provide individual and small group support to students, reinforcing lessons and facilitating understanding.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Support teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies and maintaining a positive classroom culture.
- Collaborate with colleagues to assess and monitor student progress, providing valuable insights for instructional planning.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a classroom setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting the development of children.
- Basic understanding of educational technology and tools

Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday:
- Recent experience working with children in a school or alternate environment is preferential but you must have previous experience with children in some capacity in the UK
- Enjoy working with children and seeing them progress with their learning
- Either live in Hemel Hempstead or within a commutable distance
