Blueprint Recruitment is looking for graduates to join us as Trainee Graduate Recruiters at our offices in Fareham near to Portsmouth and Southampton.

If you are finishing your degree this year and you are looking to start an exciting career in a fast-pacedbusiness, this role could be a great opportunity for you.


Blueprint is based on the picturesque Cams Hall Estate business park on the edge of Fareham, close to the M27 motorway.

These roles will suit determined and motivated graduates who have an excellent telephone manner and an enthusiastic and confident personality.


Our office has a collaborative working structure which helps our new staff to quickly learn best practice and to accelerate their careers in professional recruitment.

You will be paid an excellent basic salary and will be able to earn target-related commissionand bonuses as well.
