Description
We're looking for Customer Service Apprentices to join our Transportation Team based in Salford, Greater Manchester, working towards a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship.Whilst working towards a recognised qualification, you'll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career.

How does an apprenticeship work?
As Customer Service Apprentice you'll be enrolled onto a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn.
You'll work closely with the Customer Experience team to continually focus on improving our customer experience, taking a customer-centric approach, and delivering on our Customer Excellence Strategy to all we serve within the Highways communities.
Your day to day will include:
- Champion our customers, offering positive experiences across a range of channels, processes and touchpoints
- Utilising various IT packages and systems including MS Office
- Maintenance of records and files in a sensitive and confidential manner
- Effective and appropriate communication using a variety of methods
- Planning and organising room bookings, meeting agendas, travel and accommodation bookings and catering requirements
- Assisting in the administration of financial and commercial activities
