About the role


As a Shift Manager based at our Heavy-Duty Production site in Hinckley, you will be responsible for driving an increase in productivity whilst maintaining a high standard of health and safety, employee engagement, product quality and cost efficiencies, suchas waste reduction.


You will achieve this by leveraging a hands on approach with effective leadership and by creating a culture of continuous improvement, whilst promoting an environment for team members to reach their full potential.

You'll work in collaboration with yourShift Team Leader and closely with the Production Manager and other Department Managers to achieve Site targets.


_This role is shift based and follows a weekly rotating mornings/afternoons pattern and Monday to Friday)_

About you

  • Minimum requirements: _
  • A safety first mindset and an engaging approach to health and safety
  • Experienced Shift Manager from within a high volume Production environment
  • Experienced in driving continuous improvement projects
  • A proven track record in investing in the development of your team
  • Able to work at pace, committing to deadlines in a pressured environment
  • A team player that can work collaboratively with other departments to achieve goals
  • Preferred requirements:_
  • Ideally from a packaging or FMCG background
  • IOSH/NEBOSH qualified
