Do you want to be part of an innovative service providing support to prisoners nearing their release?

We are looking to recruit a Employment Adviser to work across Lancashire and Cumbria Prisons (Lancaster Farms and HMP Haverigg).

You will be reimbursed for any additional travel beyond your main base of work.

Salary starting from £25,466 up to £28,817 per annum (depending on experience)

The person-centred service will provide:

Careers information, advice and guidance (IAG)
Employability skills

- and jobs brokerage

We will invest in further professional development by offering the IAG Level 3 or 4 qualification during the first year of employment, so that you are fully equipped and qualified.

We know that some people are looking for part time work and we can offer flexible working arrangements, so if you're only looking for 3 or 4 days a week, please don't be put off.

We believe that part-time workers have a valuable contribution to make to our workforce.

Our holidays start at 25 days + Bank Holidays.

We give an extra 6 days a year for staff with longer service and everyone gets the day off on their birthday.
