Contracts Manager

Certificates:
SMSTS, First Aid Trained, CSCS Card, Full Driving License is essential.

Job Type:
Full Time Permanent

Significant part of the job requires the use of Microsoft Projects & Excel so familiarity and skill utilising these software programmes would be required - alternatives include ASTA etc.

Trade background essential - Carpentry & Joinery.
Supermarket Retail Fit Out experience is essential - Tesco, Sainsbury's, Co-op etc.

Must be able to demonstrate proven experience working closely with clients, daily use of design plans and being commercially-focussed as this is central to the success of ContractsManagers within the company.

Salary:
£55,000-£60,000 plus package which includes annual leave, pension, private healthcare, working-from-home equipment and car allowance. Higher salary placements would be reserved for those with extensive experience working on supermarket fit out constructionprojects as a Contracts Manager, with a structured permanent career history and a joinery background.
