HR Co-Ordinator

Borehamwood, Hertfordshire

£30,000 + Pension + Parking

This very respected local organisation are seeking a HR Co-Ordinator with good all-round knowledge and experience of HR and training processes to their busy and bustling HR Department.

Some of your duties will include:

Supporting the HR function and overseeing junior team members
Forming ongoing relationships with line Managers and employees to maintain a happy workforce
Maintaining accurate staff records on computer system, recording holiday, sickness and absences
Developing employee training plans, sourcing required training providers and coordinating training days
Ensuring payroll information is completed accurately and to deadline on a monthly basis
