We are looking for a talented Shop Operations - Shop Floor Trainer to join our team specializing in Shop Floor Training for our Engine Business Segment in Darlington.

This is a Permanent contract working 37.5hour Per week. Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 4:40pm, Friday 8:30am to 1:30 pm

Salary is £29k - £33,840 Based on experience

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Liaises between Operators, Team leaders, Team Managers and Shift Managers.
Coordinating and delivering training to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery.
Knowledge of the Cummins Operating System across the production team.
Keeping all training records up to date.
Identifying, reporting, and participating in actions to improve health and safety.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Relevant knowledge of the Darlington Engine Plant.
Basic MS office skills such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication skills
Be organized and able to prioritise work.
