POSITION PRODUCTION OPERATOR
PURPOSE:
To provide support in the production/assembly of precision plastic components meeting customer quality specification within agreed timescales.
Full training will be given.

MAIN DUTIES:
- To ensure work station is set up and work is carried out in accordance with Standard Operation Procedure throughout production.
- To ensure products produced meet customer quality specification.
- To not endanger themselves or other employees by their acts or omissions.
- To work in accordance with the housekeeping standards set by the company (5S)
- Work to standard procedures
- Ensure maximum safety
- Full training will be given
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Full training will be given
- Reliable
- Must be willing and flexible regarding duties
- Good Dexterity
- Good attention to detail
- Methodical
- Must be able to work 3 rotational shifts
WORKING HOURS
Rotational shifts 6am-2pm 2pm-10pm 10pm-6am Monday to Friday
Pay:
£11.85 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
- StocktononTees, Durham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
