Our client has a position available for an Administrator in a fast-growing dynamic company. You would be supporting and working with a friendly, busy, but fun team. In house training to develop your skills This job would suit someone who is a quick learner, keen to be involved with the team and has good organisational/time management skills.

You will be IT literate with good communication skills and had previously had some experience in an administrative role.

Your duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

Liaise with customers regarding bookings and deliveries
Maintain records for returns
Update and maintain documentation and data on IFS Cloud
Create/Amend certifications of analysis
Placing orders
General support of department
Answering of phones/Postal duties
