Description
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join us on a part-time basis at our family run company in Greenford; the working hours will be Monday & Friday 08.00 am to 5.00 pm (including 1-hour unpaid lunch).
We would like to offer a three-month probation, and all being well, then offer a permanent position. Salary to be discussed and agreed at interview according to skillset.The person will oversee:
VAT
(essential to have experience in submitting VAT returns)
PAYE
CIS
(essential experience required)
Pension
Accounts to Trial Balance
Liaising with external accountant
Bank/ credit card reconciliation
Cashflow
Sales ledger
Purchase ledger
Credit control
Month end procedures
Payment runs
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
£17.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
