About the role


This role would suit someone from a machining background and are looking for a varied and new career that allows you support and mentor apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours throughout the apprenticeship programme.

Full teacher training progression will be offered as part of the role to enhance your own personal development.


About the person

  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards one.
  • Have completed a Level 3 or above Engineering qualification and Apprenticeship.
  • Have up to date knowledge and experience if the Engineering industry.
  • Be flexible and selfmotivated with a passion for learner achievement and a commitment to quality.
  • Have experience with Microsoft office software.

Desired Qualities:


  • Have proven experience of delivering Level 2 / Level 3 Engineering courses in machining.
