Contentious Private Client Associate NQ-5 PQE - London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contentious Private Client Solicitor to join a leading UK and international firm based in their London office.

THE FIRM

THE OPPORTUNITY

Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975;
Will validity disputes
Disputes relating to the removal of trustees and personal representatives;
Estate and trust administration disputes;
Constructive trusts and proprietary estoppel claims.
Acting for beneficiaries, executors and trustees, including individuals, trust companies and other organisations such as charities.

ABOUT YOU

NQ to 5 PQE.
You will have had some experience dealing with contentious private client issues.
Strong academic background.
You will be able to manage a complex and mixed workload effectively.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to build effective and positive relationships with both clients and colleagues.
