  • 6 month role based in Salford

About Our Client:


Our client is part of the NHS family and is looking for an experienced Transactional Procurement Partner to join their dynamic team.


The key responsibilities of a Transactional Procurement Partner will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Provide information and relevant documentation to NHS Pensions and Payroll Teams utilising Pensions Online where appropriate.
  • Calculating periods of pensionable pay on the payroll system.
  • Responsible for dealing with enquiries from clients both internal and external.
  • Supporting the Line Manager and the Pension Team as necessary.
  • Respond to general enquiries from NHS Pensions.
  • Ad hoc tasks.
  • Data Cleansing.

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Procurement Assistant must possess the following skill set and experience;

  • NHS or Public Sector and Government background desirable.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel to Salford.
  • Maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Effective problem solver.
  • Good standard of Customer Service skills.
  • To be a team player, who constantly displays commitment and flexibility.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • DBS check required.
