Immediate Start on a temporary position- 6 month role based in Salford
About Our Client:
Our client is part of the NHS family and is looking for an experienced Transactional Procurement Partner to join their dynamic team.
The key responsibilities of a Transactional Procurement Partner will include, but may not be limited to;
- Provide information and relevant documentation to NHS Pensions and Payroll Teams utilising Pensions Online where appropriate.
- Calculating periods of pensionable pay on the payroll system.
- Responsible for dealing with enquiries from clients both internal and external.
- Supporting the Line Manager and the Pension Team as necessary.
- Respond to general enquiries from NHS Pensions.
- Ad hoc tasks.
- Data Cleansing.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Procurement Assistant must possess the following skill set and experience;
- NHS or Public Sector and Government background desirable.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to travel to Salford.
- Maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Effective problem solver.
- Good standard of Customer Service skills.
- To be a team player, who constantly displays commitment and flexibility.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- DBS check required.
