About this role

We are looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant on a 6 month contract, who will be responsible for supporting the accurate and timely management of the sales ledger and its associated processes working in our Finance team.

This role will require an individual with a good attention to detail and strong accuracy, with experience in MS excel.

Experience of Sage 200 would be an advantage but not essential.

Reporting to the sales ledger controller, key responsibilities include:
Documenting and subsequent administration of the following key processes:

Gift vouchers
Gift cards
Credit notes
Customer deposits from franchise stores
Process daily reports and upload these into sage
Process website receipts via Shopify
Additional financial administrative tasks and support to the Sales Ledger Controller
