Job Overview


We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our passionate and driven Technical Services team based at our client's site in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue monthly planned preventative maintenance work orders to the relevant subcontractor.
  • Raising purchase orders to subcontractors for reactive works and maintenance contracts.
  • Ensure all remedial works and recommendations are taken from subcontractors or their service records and passed on to the client for authorisation.
  • Manage subcontractor performance highlighting any nonconformances as appropriate.
  • Attend and take part in subcontractor performance meetings to discuss performance.

About you

  • Experience working within building services/facilities management is desirable.
  • Good understanding and experience with Microsoft Office software packages.
  • Experience in coordination or management of subcontractors.
  • Experience in using and configuring CAFM or other management systems.
  • Experience in working to deadlines and effective time management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of propertyrelated issues.
