Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our passionate and driven Technical Services team based at our client's site in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities
- Issue monthly planned preventative maintenance work orders to the relevant subcontractor.
- Raising purchase orders to subcontractors for reactive works and maintenance contracts.
- Ensure all remedial works and recommendations are taken from subcontractors or their service records and passed on to the client for authorisation.
- Manage subcontractor performance highlighting any nonconformances as appropriate.
- Attend and take part in subcontractor performance meetings to discuss performance.
About you
- Experience working within building services/facilities management is desirable.
- Good understanding and experience with Microsoft Office software packages.
- Experience in coordination or management of subcontractors.
- Experience in using and configuring CAFM or other management systems.
- Experience in working to deadlines and effective time management.
- Knowledge and understanding of propertyrelated issues.
