Handyperson/Maintenance Operative
We are currently recruiting an experienced Handyperson/Maintenance Operative who is a dedicated professional to join a dynamic team.

The team strives to provide excellent service, and we welcome those who share this commitment.


The Role

  • Carry out maintenance activities for a range of building types, both internally and externally.
  • Perform repair work, installations of fixtures and appliances, and system replacements.
  • Conduct routine maintenance such as carpentry, painting, decorating, as well as minor plumbing issues.
  • Adhere to standards, health & safety regulations, statutory compliance, and maintain overall asset functionality.
  • Work in conjunction with the electrical team.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed by the Account Manager.

Role Requirements

  • Experienced with both hand and electrical power tools.
  • High organisational skills.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Dependable, professional demeanor and a proactive, 'can do' attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Full driving licence due to travel between sites

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£13.00 per hour
