We are looking for Customer Service Representatives ASAP

£ £26000 PA + Benefits
This is a great opportunity for individuals to join an established company. You will form part of a friendly team, working in Peterborough.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to have a great work ethic and take pride in delivering a fantastic customer experience.

Our client operates 24 hours a day in the capacity of an emergency control centre for a number of scenarios including people stuck in lifts or the victims of flooding or fire where excellent communication skills prove to be essential.

Flexible working hours required - early & late shifts:

Working 5 days out of 7 between Monday to Sunday:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Problem solving
Excellent customer service
Active listening skills
Able to work in a fastpaced environment

The role of Customer Service Representative is a full-time permanent position, offering a starting salary of £19,760 rising up to £26,000 + with full training and targets.

Full and ongoing training and support will be provided
