Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Operative to work at a luxury development in West London.

The role will be Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm


Responsibilities will involve general cleaning duties and providing an excellent level of customer service to residents and assisting with any issues that may arise on-site.


Main Duties:

  • Light and deep clean of communal Blocks ( staircase, handrails, carpets, communal doors and windows)
  • Litter picking.
  • Keeping the bin stores clean and well organised.
  • Taking bins out for collection.
You are expected to be flexible and undertake reasonable additional duties as required by the managing agent.


Person Specification:


  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Honest and Reliable.
  • Team Player.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
