Description
Progressive Accountancy Practice seeks a requirement forPayroll Administrator, starting ASAP on 3-6 months temporary contract (with potential extension).
You will be joining a supportive team and responsible for processing a portfolio of client payrolls, within a fast paced environment.
Hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours
Main Responsibilities:
- Routinely process staffs' payroll.
- Process Starters/Leavers and status change data.
- Prepare and maintain appropriate records of pay rates, sickness records, holiday, pensionable pay, and deductions in compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
- Conduct year end payroll report.
- Provide monthly/ yearend consolidation and reports related to attendance, overtime, and other reports as needed.
- Deliver standard time management activities such as time data validation and consistency checks, time corrections and entries.
- Handle payroll and time management related queries.
Qualification & Skills:
- Previous payroller 1 year experience (required)
- Knowledge of payroll (required)
- Strong computer, Microsoft, and Excel skills (required)
- System skills is desired but not necessary.
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
£15.00-£16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- East London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
