Vacancy Description


The administrator will be responsible for administration and clerical duties relating to the team or individual in order to support the work of the service area.

Within this role, you will be responsible for managing clerical tasks such as payroll, management and audit of financial accounts and the maintainance of records.

The post holder will assist the team by undertaking a variety of tasks, providing a range of support across the service.

Tasks will include but are not limited to using Microsoft Office, raising purchase orders and handling external/internal enquiries via telephone and E-Mail.

We are looking for someone with excellent IT and administrative skills to contribute to the team.

The ideal applicant will be self motivated and able to work well in a team with good communication skills and a caring, patient nature as part of the role will include assisting residents with their financial matters.

The ability to prioritise workload whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy is essential.
