This brand has grown significantly over the past 2 years and have prosperous growth plansfor the future.

They are trading across their own website but can also be found in stores and online with some of the UK's largest retailers.

The brand are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their growing team.

The position of Marketing Executive is simply designed to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition on the D2C site whilst supporting the Marketing Director across all digitalMarketing.

This is a pivotal role that will see you joining a well respected culture, one that creates opportunity for people, is supportive and encourages lots of fun

Key Responsibilities in the position of Marketing Executive:

Report directly into the Marketing Director
Deliver marketing campaigns and reports on ROI and CPA
Social Media management you will be responsible for running the organic social channels alongside all advertising campaigns on Meta Business Manager.
Run & maintain affiliate connections on AWIN & LTK accounts.
Management work alongside the Marketing Director in managing PPC and PR agencies

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in creating & managing Meta Ads
An understanding of GA & ROI reporting demonstrating great analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent project management and organisation skills
Great copywriting skills
Experience in performance marketing
A keen eye for detail and reviewing marketing collateral and content
Proactive approach and keen to take on new tasks and responsibilities
Ability to complete work tasks to deadlines and with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work well as part of a small growing team

This opportunity will allow you to get exposure with the senior leadership team, in a rapidly expanding business. Ideally you will be wanting to work towards a bigger role in the future.
A love of fashion would be advantageous as will having come from managing marketing for an online retailer.
