Our client have high expectations of their new recruits, therefore a successful Architectural Technician / Technologist is most likely to display eagerness and enthusiasm for the new opportunity; interest in the practice and their ethos including the typeof projects they'd be working on; a willingness to learn and take on information when needed.

Our client work on a variety of exciting commercial, industrial and residentail projects. Prior sector experience in any of the 3 sectors would be highly advantagous.
Project values are typically between the values of £3,000,000 to £40,000,000.


This is an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologist with a minimum of 1 years' practical experience to join an ambitious, rapidly developing practice around Milton Keynes.

They have a strong ethos and are passionate for creatingexciting design solutions for their many clients spread across the UK.


Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Overview

  • Work on a range of largescale projects within commercial, residential and industrial
  • Liaise with clients
  • Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Execute technical and detailing skills to a high standard using Revit/ AutoCAD
  • Use Revit and AutoCAD on a daily basis
  • Working on projects from inception to completion but to also be able to work within a specific RIBA stage (07)

Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Requirements

  • Living in or around the Milton Keynes area
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit
  • Experience within residential or industrial or commercial
  • Minimum 1 years practical experience (essential)
  • Excellent creativity and technical capabilities
  • Enthusiastic person
  • Strong ability to work well in a team, as well as
