As a naturally artistic person, this creative artworker is a valuable member of the LSH design team, thanks to their unbridled passion for creative imagery and endless supply of ideas.

In-house designers know that in brainstorming, there is no such thing as a bad idea.

The role of an In-house Designer is a highly skilled and diverse one, with tasks ranging from

assisting in the art working of brochures, banners, websites, reports, ad & brand campaigns, digital and print design and being a Brand Ambassador


Key Tasks

  • Artworking of printed literature, adverts and digital content.
  • Working to tight deadlines and a methodical approach to archiving creative content
  • Retouching, chart creation and visualising.
  • Working alongside the LSH Marketing team

Key Skills/Experience:


  • Expert experience in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Diverse portfolio which demonstrates proficiency in the artworking of banners, brochures, concept mockups, presentations and posters.
  • Good communication skills to ensure planning schedules run smoothly.
  • A good understanding of brand and corporate guidelines.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within the creative industry, preferably in an artworker or designer role.
  • A strong desire to learn and progress within the sector.
  • Knowledge of basic camera/sound skills and competency in Adobe Premier Pro or similar desirable.
  • Although not essential, a degree in a related discipline would be highly preferable.
