About the department:

Working for the Group Chief Executive within the Chief Executives Department your role will contribute to the development of excellent service delivery across all teams within the Group and promote continuous improvement.

An opportunity to use your customer service skills to play a vital part in helping to resolve a wide range of customer complaints and enquires.

You will also undertake research tasks for our Executive Management Team to support decision making and actions.

Role Information:

You will be an excellent team worker, with the ability to build relationships at all levels throughout the organisation and with stakeholders while thriving under pressure and using your initiative.

You are likely to have experience of working in a busy office environment where you will have gained excellent customer service skills and a working knowledge of complaints handling.
