Role Description

This vacancy is to support the Business Transformation Lead to embed and deploy Lean and Continuous Improvement tools and techniques.

Working both in the factory and with cross functional support teams on a daily basis, to find and deliver improvement opportunities.

This role requires someone who is self-motivated and has a 'can do' attitude. You will have a good understanding of continuous process improvement (knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma desirable).


Key Accountabilities

  • Actively identify areas of concern and improvement opportunities
  • Actively driving waste reduction across site
  • Driving delivery of opportunities to contribute to cost savings across all production streams
  • Maintain clear project plans and identify areas of risk
  • Completion of projects within defined timeframes
