Your Role:
Complaints Handler
The role involves handling customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complaints investigation by viewing UL Date (Total Mobile), Liaising with other team members and third parties i.e. Subcontractors, Clients (Training will be provided for total mobile)
- Managing the central tracker where the status of each complaint is kept, to ensure deadlines are met.
- Attend Client complaints meetings.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of Micro Soft packages (Excel word )
- Able to work to a tight deadline.
- Good communication skills, selfmotivated and confident.
