***Scope of the role.
Main objectives to fulfil in the company:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your main responsibilities will be to support sales operations, providing world-class customer service whilst driving best practice to optimise orders, sales and cash potential.
Working directly with customers and TH Global sales offices to provide effective processing of orders through to delivery, shipping, invoicing and cash collection, ensuring legal compliance at all times.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with all stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction
- Support operations to deliver On Time to customer request, meeting operational targets and ensuring cash collections within specified time frames
- Manage the end to end process of allocated territories from receipt of order to shipment and invoicing, to cash collection.
- Complete Import customs clearances, record and maintain clearance documentation
- Support all internal and external audits
- Work with all stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction
- Supporting operations to deliver On Time to customer request, meeting operational targets and ensuring cash collections within specified time frames.
- Continually looking to improve efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS OR RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
3-5 Years' experience in a similar environment.
Ideally educated to Degree level.
