Description

A highly successful and growing business within the leisure/entertainment sector is looking for an experienced Customer Service / Administrator to support them with after sales and customer service.


  • Follow the complaints procedure and logging all correspondence appropriately on the customer service system.
  • Liaising with suppliers and couriers to help organise customer requests.
  • Provide product troubleshooting advice and arranging spare parts to be couriered out where necessary.
  • Booking in customers who may require on site engineer visits, plus preparing delivery/ service notes.

Skills

  • Confident and professional
  • At least 2 years' customer service experience with an eye for detail
  • A technical mind would be an advantage
  • Able to deal calmly and effectively with distressed telephone callers and bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Good computer literacy (all systems used are computer based and many products we sell have computer systems driving them)

  • Based in Epsom
  • Up to £25,000
