Customer Service Administrator - Epsom, United Kingdom - Optima Recruitment
Description
A highly successful and growing business within the leisure/entertainment sector is looking for an experienced Customer Service / Administrator to support them with after sales and customer service.
- Follow the complaints procedure and logging all correspondence appropriately on the customer service system.
- Liaising with suppliers and couriers to help organise customer requests.
- Provide product troubleshooting advice and arranging spare parts to be couriered out where necessary.
- Booking in customers who may require on site engineer visits, plus preparing delivery/ service notes.
Skills
- Confident and professional
- At least 2 years' customer service experience with an eye for detail
- A technical mind would be an advantage
- Able to deal calmly and effectively with distressed telephone callers and bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Good computer literacy (all systems used are computer based and many products we sell have computer systems driving them)

- Based in Epsom
- Up to £25,000
- Monday
- Friday, 9am 5.30pm
- Onsite parking
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
