HR Talent Cycle Consultant


What is the opportunity?


As an HR Talent Cycle Consultant, you will be responsible for carrying out HR administration responsibilities supporting Europe, UK, and the Channel Islands.


You will be responsible for managing and responding to daily HR / Employee requests which include pre-employment, onboarding and management of employee contracts, including the life cycle processes (job change, leaves, retirements).


What will you do?

  • Responsible for employee onboarding administration including prescreening, contract creation, and extensions.
  • Generate all required letters for employee job changes, lifecycle, and leaves.
  • Responsible for the administration of all Talent Cycle processes pertaining to international assignments. Work with RBC partners and vendors to execute international assignments and movements.
  • Manage processes with employee, manager and HR Business Partner team, where appropriate.
  • Responsible for managing and responding daily HR / Employee requests and maintenance of employee dossier.
  • Manage operational relationship with Recruitment team. Escalate to manager for resolution of issues as and when required.
  • Administration of all Talent Cycle processes and the data integrity of the HRIS system related to employee lifecycle changes and new joiners.
  • Ensure all department and company driven processes are completed within SLA, whilst identifying any improvements in the processes in place.
  • Creation, implementation, maintenance and training of HR operating procedure for Talent Cycle to ensure all required tasks are documented.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:


  • Proven HR Administrator experience.
  • Ability to prepare accurate documentation with a high standard of presentation and confidentiality.
  • Adaptable with the ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
  • Superior organisational skills with ability to manage high volume of work with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively within HR team and with employees.
