Our client is one of the world's prominent providers of Integrated Supply Solutions to manufacturing industries for the provision of MRO (indirect) products.

Their portfolio consists of Procurement Services, Transactional Processing, Stores Management, andInventory Optimisation enabled by industry-dominating digital platforms. They deliver world-class results to world-class companies in industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Foods, beverages, Automotive, and Aerospace.

They have more than quadrupled in size over the last six years growing their client spend from £80m to £600m.

Our client is a global business across UK&I, Europe and US, with 1100 colleagues offices based in Pennsylvania US, and Warrington in the UK.

As a result of the incredible growth they are experiencing, we are looking for a qualified ACMP/CCMP Head of Change to support and design a transformation strategy to reshape the business model.

Head of Change is a key role supporting the Senior Executive Team.

As our client move to transform their business through several projects, it is critical to develop the change management capabilities across the organisation.

This role will drive and supportthe delivery of their transformation programme, as well as global changes within the business. It is critical to the successful delivery of their 5-year plan.

The role requires a passionate, driven change professional who will focus on people change and supportthe fast adoption of their plans and growth of a scalable profitable business.


The key objectives include:

  • Establishing and embedding change management practices across the organisation
  • Creating and executing change strategies; plans that maximise colleague engagement and adoption, and minimise resistance
  • Drive the Transformation Programme as well as BAU projects and initiatives as required
  • Creating and managing the change plan including the change heatmap
  • Execute and facilitation of Change throughout
  • Communication and engagement strategies and execution for change
  • Initially the role will support the Senior Executive Team
  • The role is expected to matrix manage large numbers of individuals across different functions to successfully deliver the changes to realise the defined benefits

Key deliverables for this role:


  • Establish the change management practice across the orgnisation globally, setting and championing process, standards, and change execution
  • Build strong collaboration across functions, geographies, and cultures acting as a coach for senior executives supporting them to fulfill the role of change sponsor
  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise colleague engagement and minimise resistance
  • Create and embed the orgnanisation heat map, ensuring senior executives across the business can plan effectively for change landing with their teams
  • Drive change activity including the development of tobe future states, the impact of change assessment, business readiness planning, communications, and stakeholder engagement
  • Coach and facilitate senior executives of change to ensure successful adoption
  • Align and collaborate with a virtual group change team to share experiences, and continually develop thinking and new ideas
  • Work across individual projects to integrate change management activities into plans and ensure they are set up for success
  • Provide handson change management delivery and support for global, multifunctional changes where required including the development of the 'to be' future state, the impact of change assessment, change plans, business readiness planning, benefits realisation,training plans, communications, and stakeholder engagement to time, cost and quality
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and interproject dependencies associated with change management, ensuring visibility, with plans to resolve, and managed through with all relevant stakeholders
  • Daytoday execution of the Change Management Practice, supporting work, development and recruitment through effective management and coaching
  • Maintain a 'Business Partner' network between different areas of the business that are critical for the successful delivery of the Transformation plan
  • Extensive experience in delivering largescale change programmes / projects for a global company with a track record of delivering business change to achieve measurable outcomes and benefits
  • Extensive understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, proven track record of driving and coaching teams
  • Experience in setting up a Change Management practice from ground zero, establishing processes, standards, and change execution
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with largescale organisational change efforts
  • Change management certification or designation
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English, second language an advantage
  • Degree level education or equivalent
