We are a recruiting for a Sports Customer Service Advisor to join a successful and growing company based in St Albans.

£25k-£27k depending on experience

Hours: 7:30am - 10pm operating on a rota system including weekend shifts (typically every other weekend) Hybrid working is offered after the training period (3 days in, 2 at home)

Key responsibilities:

Dealing with client queries via telephone, live chat and letter
Making FCA compliant telephone calls to new clients in order to welcome them to the company and check their understanding of services and the potential risks involved
Analysing credit requests and authorising appropriate limits
Contacting/chasing debtors
General daily administration duties to include daily post, processing client cheques, arranging couriers, scanning, stationery orders
