Kingdom Services Group have a great opportunity for a
Concierge Security Officer
to join the team, working at an engineering Head Office in Newton Heath, Manchester, M40 area.**
Where:Newton Heath, Manchester, M40 area.**
When: We're looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP

Salary:
£9.50 per hour

Hours:
On average 36 hours per week, Monday , Saturday & Sunday

About the role:

To act as first point of contact for clients and visitors
Man the reception desk, deal with post and address any issues
Signing visitors in/out of building
Ensuring the security of clients and the site is maintained by completing patrols and recording details appropriately
Completing visual inspections of the property and make notes to ensure health and safety requirements and maintained including fire procedures
To report any out of hours emergency repairs
Assist with access and monitoring of contractors
To complete concierge check lists and feedback and record any relevant information in communication book and handover to day shift staff
Complete incident reports if required
Report any significant client issues to on call staff/supervisor

About you:

Excellent communication & customer service skills
Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
A full fiveyear checkable employment history
Own transport is preferred
