Description
We are looking for multiple versatile and skilled Multi-Trade Operatives to join our team. They will be responsible for undertaking a variety of tasks related to different trades.This role requires a well-rounded individual with expertise in multiple areas, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle a diverse range of tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities

Multi-Trade Skills:_
- Perform a range of tasks across various trades and general maintenance.
- Handle repairs, installations, and maintenance projects in residential and commercial settings.
Problem Solving:_
- Diagnose issues and determine the most effective and efficient solutions.
- Troubleshoot and address problems in a timely manner.
Customer Interaction:_
- Interact with clients to understand their maintenance and repair needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Project Management:_
- Manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Compliance:_
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Stay informed about updates in building codes and industry best practices.
Documentation:_
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
- Provide detailed reports to supervisors and clients as needed.
Requirements:

Versatility:_
- Demonstrated expertise in multiple trades and general maintenance.
- Ability to adapt to new tasks and challenges.
Experience:_
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative or similar role.
Licenses and Certifications:_
- Valid driver's license is a must.
Communication:_
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical individuals.
Problem-Solving Skills:_
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on the job.
Time Management:_
- Efficient time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
