Payroll Administrator

Up to £32K DOE


We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll and Admin Assistant to join a leading accountancy practice based in central London.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a growing business and take on a key role in the payroll team and admin team.

This role will be 50/50 secretary and payroll duties.

Responsibilities:


  • Processing monthly payrolls for a portfolio of clients using Sage Payroll and other software as required
  • Calculating and processing statutory deductions such as tax, national insurance, and pension contributions
  • Handling employee queries regarding pay and benefits
  • Preparing reports for management and clients
  • Assisting with yearend payroll procedures including P11D's and P60's
  • General admin duties
  • Organising seniors diaries

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years' experience working in payroll in a UK accountancy practice
  • Must have experience with admin duties
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently to deadlines
