My client is the original online trade directory set up to connect tradespeople with their consumer.

It allows trades to become members of a platform where they can advertise their business to 1.4million unique users a month.

Tasks:

Checking complaints and identifying and removing content that is not fit for the website
Speaking to trades and homeowners to aid a resolution
Helping Trades move on from negative reviews and helping them improve their profile
