Description

We are looking for a Business Support Lead, to provide a comprehensive secretarial, administrative and support service to the Clinical Service/Ward Manager for our Adult Acute Inpatient Wards, based at Rydon Ward in Taunton.

The post holder will be a key member of the Rydon Management Team. Providing day to day support to the team to including supporting with recruitment, training, and delegated management tasks.


The post holder will work with all levels of staff, including clinicians, senior managers, and key stakeholders associated with projects, in implementing project objectives and ensuring that collaborative working is fostered and encouraged.
