We are looking for an Outdoor Learning Tutor: Training Support to assist with the growing adult training programme by supporting marking of trainee's work. The post-holder will play a vital part in helping to strengthen the education, engagement and training work of the Wildlife Trust in an important way.

We are seeking an Outdoor Learning Tutor: Training Support to join our cause.


This fixed-term role involves:


Meeting the aims of the Trust's Wilder 2030 Strategy:
Support the Training and Education Officer and the Training Officer in the adult training programme.


Data and administration:

Support in trainee tracking and action log.
Feedback information required to the Training and Education Officer.
Support with digital filing.

The full Job Description is available below, but in summary, the following is required:
Experience

Extensive experience in marking for accredited training up to Level - specifically Forest School.
Sound experience in Forest School and other outdoor learning training.
Sound experience in the use of Moodle or similar VLE.

Knowledge and Qualifications

Forest School Leadership Level 3.
A qualification in Adult Training


Skills:

Right to work in the UK.
Use of online platforms for marking coursework.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively and meet deadlines.

Personal Qualities

Able to work on own initiative and within a team.
A strong team player.
Self-managing but knowing when to involve others.
