What can you expect?


We are looking for an experienced Senior People Operations Manager to lead our Leeds branch and help deliver a world-class and consistent service to our Team Members and clients.

Our existing Leeds team require an experienced leader on the ground to support them in all staffing and recruitment activities.

You will be working with our industry-leading technology, systems and processes. We are innovative and welcome the input from all our amazing employees.

So be prepared to come forward with ideas, make a positive change and help us shape the company as you see your initiatives through to successful implementation.


Because we work at many of the best events in the UK, weekend work is required, as are occasional early starts and late finishes.

This is a permanent role, working full-time hours (5 days out of hours per week.

Who are we looking for?


We are looking for a world-class leader who has the positivity, teamwork, drive, resilience and energy to help us deliver recruitment and staffing solutions to events in Leeds.


You will have at least 2 years' experience working for a recruitment and staffing agency or in a senior or regional recruitment and staffing manager role (or equivalent).

You will be ready to lead a team and bring out the best in people.
