Description

Andy Loos have been supplying portable toilet and shower facilities to the outdoor events sector and the construction market for over 34 years.

From our 6 depots, we cover a core area of the Midlands across to the M25 and down to Cornwall for construction and further afield for events as required.


We are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to oversee the sales ledger for Andy Loos Ltd which is our main trading company and also our smaller company PP Sanitation Ltd that sells portable toilets and spares to the retail market.


About the Role

Key Duties will Include:

  • Post and allocate sales receipts in Sage 200
  • Proactively contact customers to ensure timely payments are received
  • Resolution of customers invoice queries with assistance from colleagues as required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer correspondence and expected payment dates
  • Produce monthly stop lists
  • Managing any bad debts and working with customers to seek resolutions as much as possible
  • Setting up of new customer accounts and performing credit checks
  • Taking card payments via an online terminal
  • Keeping the Sales Ledger as clean and tidy as possible in terms of credits and bad debts
  • Adhoc reporting as required
  • Ensuring all of the above is carried out with a high level of customer service and professionalism

About the Person


You will be self-motivated with a strong, proven background in Credit Control but also happy to assist in other areas if required.

You must be a confident and experienced user of Microsoft Excel, and experience of Sage 200 would be a bonus too.

Accuracy and attention to detail are key attributes that we value, it is our finances you will be helping manage after all.

You must be a good communicator, both with colleagues and external parties, and also a strong team player.

Kidderminster


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00


Holiday Allowance: 22 days per year, plus Bank Holidays


Salary:
Good rates of pay, dependent on experience


Anticipated Start Date:
Immediate start available
