What does the Jack Trainee Scheme entail?

The Role

You will play a fully integrated role at the agency, working alongside team members to create extraordinary experiences and deliver exceptional service for our clients.

What you can expect to be doing:

Work alongside other departments including Strategy, Creative and Jack X (innovation team)
Coordinate communications between team members
Conduct research for projects and new business pitches
Update status reports, schedules and action lists to ensure smooth delivery of projects
Follow internal processes to ensure all relevant steps are completed
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, partners, and other service providers
Contribute to creative proposals in collaboration with the creative and strategy teams

Who you are:

Passionate and creative with a desire to learn and develop in your career; direct experience not required
Interested in brands, marketing and live experiences
Have a selfassured approach and positive outlook, remaining calm under pressure
Excited to seize opportunities, thriving on accountability and interacting with people
Organised, executionfocused, with attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
Within commutable distance of the London office in Hammersmith and able to work in the office 3 days/week
Available to start in March 2024
